What To Do

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that patients may have significant apprehension about physically going to a health care facility. In addition to on site visits, Florence Urgent Care now offers the option of a Telemedicine visit, which will allow you to be evaluated by our providers in the safety of your home.

  • If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call our staff for medical advice at (859)-647-9101.
  • We are also offering testing outside at the curbside between 10:00AM-12 NOON daily, do not enter the building, and to preregister in the patient portal
  • Testing is billed through your insurance, you may have a co-pay or receive a bill from the lab. Please contact your insurance provider for coverage information.
  • Self-pay for visit and lab is $200 that must be paid at the time of the visit. 
  • Please have your insurance and ID ready at the time of your visit.
  • Results are within 72 business hours. To access your results, log in to the home page of your Patient Portal and select the " upload ID" button. Under your patient portal folder, you will be able to view a file with your lab results.
